FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bradenton, Florida is expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on care, teamwork, and helping patients regain confidence in movement. This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes. • Average 12 patient visits per day

• Organized clinic workflows that keep your day running smoothly Compensation & Bonuses Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (based on experience) Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics. Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics. • PTAs within 24 months of graduation receive structured mentorship and clinical development support to help build confidence and grow their clinical skills. PTA Responsibilities
• Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
• Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
• Maintain a supportive, team-focused clinic environment

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
