FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bradenton, Florida is expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on care, teamwork, and helping patients regain confidence in movement. This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes. Immediate opening — interviews happening now. What You Can Expect Manageable Patient Schedule
  • Average 12 patient visits per day

  • Organized clinic workflows that keep your day running smoothly Compensation & Bonuses Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (based on experience) Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics. Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics. Additional Incentives:

  • PTAs within 24 months of graduation receive structured mentorship and clinical development support to help build confidence and grow their clinical skills. PTA Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
  • Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs
  • Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
  • Maintain a supportive, team-focused clinic environment

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Requirements

Must hold an active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or be eligible for licensure. Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program with strong communication skills; new graduates are welcome.
