This is an opportunity for an experienced Medical and/or Dental Assistant who wants more than routine tasks - someone who wants to grow, expand their clinical skillset, and be part of the future of integrative healthcare.

Primary Role: Clinical & Diagnostic Specialist

  • In this role, you will serve as a key clinical partner, gathering various diagnostic records and data-gathering procedures that directly influence patient outcomes:
  • Patient intake, identification, consent, and education on the ‘why’ behind the assessment
  • Accurate acquisition and documentation of vital signs and clinical data, including: Height, weight, neck circumference, Blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation (SpO₂)
  • High-quality extraoral and intraoral diagnostic photography
  • Intraoral 3D digital arch scanning, including full arches, gingival margins, and bite registrations
  • CBCT scan acquisition for complete head and neck evaluation in compliance with standing orders and ALARA principles
  • Rhinomanometry measurements to assess for nasal function
  • Precise clinical documentation and digital file management
  • Equipment setup, calibration, and infection control compliance

Secondary Role

  • Provider Support & Patient Experience
  • Assisting providers with: Oral appliance therapy, Clear Aligner Therapy, Quiet Night Laser
  • Delivering an elevated patient experience through education, empathy, and clear communication
  • Supporting smooth clinical flow and collaborative teamwork
  • Experience with Mandibular Advancement Devices is a plus
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Experienced (1-2 Year) Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (per state requirements)

Requirements

Candidates must be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with 1-2 years of experience. They should be comfortable with advanced clinical technology and aligned with a culture of accountability and innovation.
