Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Orthopedics & Balance FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Naples, FL Pay: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Naples, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), including new graduates, who is eager to grow in a supportive, mentorship-driven outpatient clinic.

Our clinic uses Prediction Health in Prompt AI to optimize patient outcomes and treatment planning.

Position Overview This role is perfect for early-career PTAs and new graduates seeking structured mentorship, clinical autonomy, and long-term career development.

You will: Assist in the care of adult and senior patients Support outcomes-focused, patient-centered therapy Work closely with PTs to develop and implement treatment plans Have opportunities to expand responsibilities as you grow Enjoy a flexible start date Key Responsibilities Assist with comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a PT Deliver evidence-based care in: Outpatient orthopedics Balance & vestibular rehabilitation Neurological rehabilitation Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients Document treatments accurately and timely Collaborate with team members to support a positive clinic culture Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical skill development

Qualifications

Licensed PTA in Florida (or license-eligible) New grads welcome; 1–5 years experience also encouraged Solid foundation in orthopedic physical therapy Interest in balance and vestibular rehabilitation Coachable, motivated, and patient-centered Team-oriented with a desire for long-term growth Why FYZICAL?
