Responsible for the efficient collection of plasma from donors through venipuncture and monitoring the pheresis process. Ensures donor safety, maintains equipment, and documents all incidents in compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience for external candidates. Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
