The purpose of this job is to ensure residents receive appropriate personal care and are enabled to attain their optimum level of functioning. To ensure that the center remains in compliance with organization, local, state and federal regulations.
• 2 years experience in long term care and in the management of resident care
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to lift 80--300 lbs with assistance/equipment.
Frequent standing, walking, and responding to emergencies.
Qualifications: LPN Licenses, CPR
Must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR certification. Preference is given to candidates with 2 years of experience in long-term care management.
