Provide compassionate personal care and support to hospice patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN or therapist. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, meal preparation, monitoring vitals, and supporting mobility and therapy activities.
Candidates must hold an active state certification/licensure as a Home Health Aide and a current CPR certification. Requirements include physical stamina, the ability to follow written instructions, and passing a pre-employment health screening.

South of Sacramento About the Opportunity We’re seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and support to patients in their homes. You’ll work under the supervision of an RN or therapist and help ensure safe, high‑quality, and consistent care.
Assist with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and shampoos Change bed linens; help with dressing/undressing Provide skin care and prevent skin breakdown Support toileting and in‑home cleanliness Plan and prepare meals; assist with feeding if needed Take and record vitals (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure per training limits Assist with ambulation and exercises per plan of care Perform range‑of‑motion and simple therapy‑related activities (within training limits) Assist with self‑administration of medications Wash patient laundry, as appropriate Maintain a safe environment and use equipment properly Required Qualifications Meets state‑required education/experience for HHAs Active state certification/licensure in good standing Strong physical stamina and mental health Clear pre‑employment health screening (including TB test/X‑ray as required) Able to read and follow written instructions, capable of accurate documentation Self‑directed and able to work with minimal supervision Current CPR certification Flexible, patient, professional, and maintains excellent personal hygiene Why Join us?
