As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence. What you’ll need to be successful: High school diploma or GED Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
