Medical Assistant

Sunshein Podiatry Associates is looking for a candidate for a part time moving to full time medical assistant with the following criteria.

• We are looking to hire an exceptional, caring, empathetic, honest person to assist in the day-to-day activities for our busy and growing podiatric medical practice.
• The key attributes required include the ability to see a solution to a problem, weighing all obstacles and determining the best course of action.
• You must be able to evaluate and objectively find different solutions and develop the pros and cons of your options and provide a well-thought-out solution without having to be told what to do.
• You must be teachable and coachable and have a strong moral compass.
• You must be a self-starter and be able to have enough stamina and grit to overcome adversity, wherever it happens.

You must possess critical thinking skills and be able to give honest, but polite feedback. You must have an extraordinary amount of self-esteem in order to execute your duties without second guessing your decisions. You must possess a pleasing personality and treat everyone with respect. You will be acting with the public and you must be outgoing, friendly, engaging without forgetting your primary job responsibilities.

You must be proactive, not reactive in the day-to-day tasks. You must be flexible with an ever changing schedule and be able to adapt to changing situations without being stressed about it. You must be open-minded to always learn and never think that you know it all. Be humble, but confident, empathetic but decisive, slow to anger and quick to apologize.

Starting hourly salary is $18-22/hour not counting bonuses Paid vacation Company provided uniforms 401K retirement plan with employer contributions This position does not include health insurance
