This position works rotating 24-hour shifts (24 hours on / 72 hour off).
Qualified candidates must be either a Registered Nurse with Critical Care experience or a Respiratory Therapist with Critical Care experience.
The candidate must have the ability to think analytically and tackle problems using a logical, systematic, and sequential approach.
We are looking for someone who can be an extension of our mission and who has the ability to develop and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization.
It is essential to demonstrate a depth of knowledge and skill in every aspect of the Organ Recovery Coordinator role.
Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) must be obtained within 2 years of date of hire.
