The DSP is responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily living, job, and social skills while integrating them into the community. They work under the supervision of the Residential/Employment Coordinator to achieve personal outcomes that enhance the quality of life for these individuals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a successful background check are also required.

Ability to make sound, rational judgments regarding people receiving services. 5. Ability to train and teach techniques utilized for people with disabilities. 6. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
