Market context

Pennsylvania neonatal NP roles remain selective

Pennsylvania neonatal NP openings typically favor candidates with active state licensure, board certification, an MSN in an NP specialty, and recent neonatal experience. This role is competitive because neonatal units often screen closely for specialty readiness and familiarity with high-acuity newborn care. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, and confirm your Pennsylvania license status and neonatal experience before applying.
