They must monitor resident health and maintain accurate documentation of care activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Candidates must be compassionate, dependable, and motivated with strong communication and teamwork abilities. Successful applicants must pass a pre-hire health assessment, drug screen, and tobacco screen.

About the Role: Resident Assistant
As a Resident Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Fieldstone in DeWitt.
• 3rd shift part time (10:00PM- 6:00AM) Rotating Weekends
