Manage a diverse patient panel by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via telehealth. Collaborate with clinical teams and supervise NP or PA colleagues to deliver human-centered primary care.
Must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics and licensed in Texas. Requires at least 2 of the last 5 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting treating all ages.
