About the Role

We’re looking for a General Dentist/Implantologist to join our Vancouver, WA practice. This isn’t your ordinary general dentist position. Here, you’ll spend your days performing advanced implant procedures like full-arch fixed rehabilitations (All-on-4 and similar techniques), implant overdentures, and complex restorative work. Our structure helps maximize your time doing what you do best — providing transformative patient care — by reducing administrative tasks and supporting you every step of the way. Your Responsibilities Perform full-arch fixed implant rehabilitations and implant overdentures Place and restore single implants with precision and care Conduct bone and soft-tissue grafting as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Work closely with in-house lab technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality restorations Leverage dental assistant–driven restorative workflows to focus on high-impact procedures Contribute to building patient confidence through excellent clinical care and communication What We’re Looking For Licensed General Dentist with experience or interest in implantology Comfort and enthusiasm for performing advanced surgical and restorative procedures A commitment to clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach Desire for clinical autonomy balanced with collaborative teamwork Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Vancouver, WA Ambition to grow professionally, including leadership and educational roles Why SPG?
