This practice is well-established, comfortable, and family-oriented.

North Providence Dental Associates has great staff and is updated using the latest digital clinical and practice management technology.

This practice is newly renovated with 12 operatories, and it is the perfect space for a new dentist out of school or someone with experience.

This practice is insurance-based (no Medicaid) and has a large installed base of existing patients with a large number of new patients added each month.

The practice is part of a small, dentist-owned group called Plum Dental.

Plum is a group of 20+ practices in Rhode Island and eastern Connecticut that is owned by its founder dentists.

Plum was founded with the goal of serving as a long-term home for excellent dentists to practice how they want, and to enjoy the financial and personal rewards of private practice, but with the support and stability of a larger, successful, and growing dentist-led organization.

Compensation/Benefits/Partnership Collections-based salary with guaranteed $160,000+ minimum annual compensation for one year after joining the practice.
