Job description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier healthcare organization in Blue Ridge, GA, to hire a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgical Unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for an RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Shift Options: PRN | Nights What You’ll Do As a Registered Nurse, you’ll plan, coordinate, and evaluate care for medical-surgical patients while ensuring safe, compassionate, high-quality treatment from admission to discharge.
You’ll work closely with physicians and care teams to develop individualized care plans aligned with hospital policies and clinical standards.
Deliver quality patient care and assess patient needs Monitor conditions and respond to changes Collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate critical updates Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans Maintain accurate patient documentation Promote a safe and organized care environment Support and mentor nursing staff as needed including LPNs, CNAs, and new nursing staff Maintain licensure, professional standards and required certifications Perform Patient Care Technician and Unit Coordinator functions as needed Perform additional unit support duties as required Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and service excellence practices What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a skilled, dependable, and compassionate RN who is committed to delivering excellent patient care and supporting a strong team culture.
