The LPN is responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents and managing medical documentation and physician communications. They also assist in developing resident service plans and coordinating with the Wellness Director.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a current professional LPN/LVN license and CPR certification. Effective English communication skills and adherence to state health requirements are mandatory.
