The RN is responsible for conducting patient triage, performing clinical procedures such as phlebotomy and cardiac management, and administering medications. They also handle patient follow-up communication and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Candidates must be a state-licensed RN with an ADN or BSN and hold a valid AHA or Red Cross BLS certification. Prior experience with IV placement is required, and experience in urgent care or emergency departments is preferred.
