$125,000 - $150,000 / YEAR
Provide skilled occupational therapy services focusing on ADLs, adaptive equipment, and functional independence for home health patients. Develop and manage individualized plans of care while collaborating with physicians and clinical teams.
Must hold a current, active California Occupational Therapist license and a valid California driver's license. At least one year of home health experience is strongly preferred.
