Provide direct service, coordination of care, and advocacy to assist clients with overall life management and recovery. Responsibilities include developing person-centered recovery plans, monitoring psychiatric functioning, and managing clinical documentation.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for two years of experience working with clients with disabilities. A valid driver's license and automobile insurance are mandatory requirements.
