Medical Assistants provide clinical support by taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting in medical procedures. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth office operations and high-quality patient care.
Requires a high school diploma and completion of a competency-based medical assistant training program. BLS certification is required within 90 days, and a recognized MA certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or NRCMA) is required within 120 days.
