The LPN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient vital signs for individuals with addiction and mental health challenges. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and maintain accurate patient records.
JourneyPure Emerald Coast is seeking a full-time night shift LPN with a shift differential. In addition to the listed pay rage, the night shift differential is $5/hour for 8 of the 12 hours worked. As an LPN at JourneyPure, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing nursing assessments and providing direct patient care.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and symptoms.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Assisting in patient assessments and evaluations.
Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Candidates must hold a current Florida LPN license or multi-state compact equivalent and a BLS certification. Experience in clinical or long-term care is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
