Responsible for assessing and treating patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments within a home health setting. Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient well-being.
Requires a valid Speech Therapy license in the state of Oregon and current CPR certification. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
