The role involves designing and executing behavioral experiments in rodent pain models, including surgeries and drug administration. Additionally, the scientist will analyze data, prepare study reports, and supervise research associates.
A PhD in neuroscience with a focus on pain research and at least 3 years of post-doctoral experience with rat models is required. Proficiency in GraphPad Prism and experience in writing scientific protocols and reports are essential.

We are looking for a PhD level, highly motivated Scientist/Senior Scientist with expertise in pain research to join our Rat Pharmacology team. The primary responsibilities of the candidate will include, but are not limited to, designing and performing behavioral experiments in rodent models of pain, performing rodent surgeries, and summarizing and presenting data. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating studies and the proper execution of experiments.
The approximate base salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Salary will be determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, education, and overall knowledge.
