As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will: Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders Address speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive-communication needs Help patients improve function and overall quality of life Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Provide therapy for articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care Document patient progress and update treatment plans accurately Stay current with best practices and advances in speech-language pathology Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (accredited program) Valid state SLP license CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred Prior speech therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome) Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills CPR certification preferred Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.
