CompassCare is a private duty home care company that specializes in concierge services. We believe that most people would prefer to live independently at home as they grow older. Our client care is provided by a full care team, to ensure that we are delighting the client every time. Our focus is on providing top level care for our clients while also providing full 24/7 support for our caregivers. Open positions: Full-time, part-time, live-in, daytime hourly and overnight hourly shifts available.

Our
Caregivers Do: The care that we provide starts with a customized care plan that has been created to meet the specific needs of the client. Our caregivers build a strong relationship with the client to learn how to go above and beyond, providing care well beyond the care plan that has been provided. Our caregivers work in partnership with the CompassCare Client Team and Office Staff to provide the best possible care for each client.

Responsibilities

Provide concierge level care, including enrichment activities, outings, and more Provide companionship and engagement Provide light housekeeping & meal preparation Follow a detailed care plan Complete reporting to be shared with the Care Team Assist with personal care Provide transportation and accompany client to appointments Rates: Hourly starting at $26 Live-in starting at $340 per day Overtime and holiday pay applies.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the US Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 At least two (2) years of experience in Home Care with the Elderly (One-On-One care) Well-spoken, with strong communication skills and excellent client service skills HHA, CNA, PCA, or PCT Certification CPR Certification preferred or willing to be certified before starting to work on a case Kind, Optimistic, Curious, Empathetic, Dependable and professional Passionate about working with older adults We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
