The Radiology Technologist operates imaging equipment and performs diagnostic x-rays as ordered by the physician. They instruct and prepare patients for examinations and ensure the quality of images presented to the radiologist for interpretation.
Candidates must have an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Radiologic Technology and be a Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Florida. Experience of 0-1 year is required, with a preference for 1 year of Rad Tech experience.
Qualifications: Education / Training Associate's Degree Radiologic Technology and/or Diploma/Equivalent Radiologic Technology
Completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA approved school for degree, or diploma by which the graduate would qualify as a Registered Radiologic Technologist. Experience Requirements 0-1 year Rad Tech Preferences: 1-year Rad Tech experience Certificates/Licenses/Registration Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Florida American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) Basic Life Support (BLS)
