Bull Run Family Medicine – Manassas, VA UVA Community Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join Bull Run Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Northern Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support. Position Highlights Established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Manassas, VA 1.0 FTE opportunity with 36 patient-facing hours per week Flexible scheduling with options for a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek Collaborative team of 15+ providers Shared call model among 3 practices with Envera RN triage support, averaging approximately 2–3 weeks annually Epic EMR with DAX Copilot AI Schedule Clinic hours: Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM Providers typically work one extended day each week to support scheduling flexibility. MD or DO Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan Commitment to patient-centered care The base compensation range for this role is $269,452 - $382,525 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
