The COTA will implement personalized therapy plans to help patients reclaim independence and functional mobility. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with OTs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program following AOTA/ACOTE standards. A valid license or license eligibility in the state of practice is required.
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you’ll play a key role in helping patients reclaim independence, function, and quality of life.
