Schedules research participants for screening, treatment, and follow-up phases of clinical protocols. Collaborates with clinical research staff and financial counselors to ensure timely scheduling and budget compliance.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital environment. Experience in insurance, billing, and clinical trials is preferred.
Schedules all Research Participants (RPs) enrolled in protocols managed by the Office of Clinical Research (OCR) during the screening, active treatment, and follow up phases of study participation. Collaborates with the Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Research Nurse, Clinical Research Associate, and Clinical Trials Financial Counselor to ensure that Research Participants are scheduled in a timely manner while complying with the requirements of the protocol and study budget.
Experience 3 years experience in a healthcare/hospital environment Required General Experience in Insurance or Billing Preferred General Experience with and understanding of Clinical Trials Preferred
