About the role

The RN provides quality patient care in the PreOp and PACU areas, including positioning and prepping patients. Additionally, the nurse is responsible for circulating during surgery cases and following organizational medical plans of care.

Job Summary

The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies.

The Registered Nurse, in the operating room, provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.

The RN will be working in PreOp/PACU (responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient) and circulating the case.

The RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license and a degree from an accredited nursing school. Required qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in PreOp/PACU and Endoscopy, along with current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications.
