Provide comprehensive primary care services to a predominantly adult population, including routine physicals and managing urgent complaints. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality patient outcomes and ensure timely clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a valid and unrestricted Medical License in the District of Columbia and be Board Certified if applicable. Strong communication skills and a dedication to compassionate patient care are essential.
Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears Diagnose and treat common medical conditions while following established protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy. Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness, offering clear and actionable guidance. Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic Collaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounter Comfort seeing approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, creating a respectful and positive environment for patients and staff. Working Hours: We are open: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Weekends: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM We offer a flexible schedule with a mix of 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts.
