The therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals for a diverse client population. They ensure high-quality, cost-effective care in accordance with government regulations and accreditation requirements.
A Master's degree in a Human Services field and current licensure (such as LAC, LPC, or LCSW) are required. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of psychiatric treatment experience and knowledge of Arkansas laws.
