The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. They are responsible for supervising therapeutic exercises, educating patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a current Florida state license. BLS certification is required, and experience in outpatient rehabilitation is preferred.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety protocols.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care. Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
