The RN plans and delivers comprehensive end-of-life care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and supervise support staff to ensure quality hospice services.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN college with an active Ohio nursing license and CPR certification. A BSN, two years of acute care experience, and CHPN certification are preferred.
