Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for your patients and clinical team.
You’ll take the lead on proactive preparation of patient charts; ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in our facility.
Every day, you'll manage care for multiple patients, adapting to physician availability on-site, and actively collaborate with your clinical team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.

Performs basic nursing care to patients by following established standards and procedures.
May perform specific nursing care as it relates to specialty of the practice.
Collects patient data such as vital signs; notes how the patient looks and acts, or responds to stimuli, and reports this information accordingly.
Prepares and administers injections, performs routine tests, treats wounds, and changes bandages.
Prepares patient records and files using established medical record forms/automated systems and documentation practices.
Administers certain prescribed medications, and monitors and documents treatment progress and patient response.
Job Requirements Required Diploma Of Nursing Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing program required. and 1-3 years 1 year experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting required.
Licensed Practical Nurse: TN, upon hire and Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and hold a TN LPN license and BLS-CPR certification. At least one year of experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting is required.
