Provide direct physical therapy services to patients according to a physician's plan of care to restore function and relieve pain. Maintain clinical records and report patient reactions to treatment to the physical therapist.
Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an associate degree and hold a valid state license. Requires current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle.

Reports to: Physical Therapist or Rehab Director
The physical therapy assistant provides physical therapy services under the direction of the physical therapist and according to the physician's plan of care (or other authorized licensed independent practitioner) plan of care.
1. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with either an Associate’s degree in science or applied science that is approved by American Physical Therapy Association, Inc.
2. Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
3. Current certification or license as required by state law.
4. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
