What You’ll Do Create and implement personalized therapy plans that help children reach meaningful milestones Turning therapy into fun, engaging experiences through play-based activities Build strong relationships with patients, families, and teammates Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, well-rounded care
Certification in Occupational Therapy Active Texas OT license A passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and fun
Physical Requirements Move, play, and engage with children throughout the day Lift up to 25 pounds and assist with patient positioning Transition between sitting, standing, kneeling, and more Use quick, responsive movements to support patient needs
