The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats residents to improve communication and swallowing functions while maintaining detailed medical records. They also supervise clinical fellows and students and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team for discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a state license as a Speech Therapist and at least a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with a Master's or Doctorate preferred. Proficiency in healthcare software like Net Health and Point Click Care is required.
