The Medical Laboratory Scientist performs routine low to high complexity laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, and molecular testing. They are responsible for maintaining quality control practices, documenting corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field and active ASCP or AMT certification. Candidates must have at least one year of clinical laboratory experience as a generalist.

The Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) assists with the maintenance of policies, procedures, and quality control practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires meticulous and organized record control, excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task while remaining agile with duties and scheduled timelines. The MLS will perform routine medical laboratory test, low to high complexity, and assist with training, verifications/validations, as needed. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
