Job description
OVERVIEW Support Employee Health services by assisting with vaccinations, respiratory fit testing, employee screenings, return-to-work processes, and compliance with workplace health and safety standards. This role also handles clerical and administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining confidential health records, managing supplies, and supporting daily department operations.

Range: $18.28 - $26.51 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty competently and consistently. The responsibilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, training, licensure, certification, experience, and/or abilities required for the role. Clinical Performs respiratory fit testing for N95 particulate respirators. Provides vaccinations to partners as part of the flu campaign and other vaccination requirements. Assist with screening tests and QI projects. Assist the Employee Health RNs with monitoring employee recovery and facilitating return-to-work processes. Document all health services provided including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups. Research and assist in ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory compliance. Other clinical duties as assigned based on department need. Clerical Performs clerical functions such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, responding to file requests, and making outreach calls. Works with Employee Health leadership to maintain supplies throughout the department. Scans historical paper documents and uploads documents to appropriate partner profile. Maintain confidential health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Other clerical duties as assigned based on department need.
