Candidates must be graduates of an accredited PA or NP program with a current NYS license. Experience in an outpatient clinic setting, specifically in family medicine or primary care, is preferred.

Graduate of accredited PA or NP program. Current NYS license as PA (physician's assistant) or NP (nurse practitioner) certified by the NYS Education Department. Experience in health care delivery, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting and in family medicine or primary care preferred.
