Requires a high school diploma, Maryland residency, and eligibility for the Maryland Service Year Program (ages 18-24). A current BLS (CPR) certification is mandatory.
The Medical Assistant In Training role is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on exposure to both clinical and administrative responsibilities in a healthcare setting. Under close supervision, you will observe and assist medical assistants and providers while learning key skills such as patient care, documentation, and office operations.
