The LPN provides patient-centered care by performing clinical tasks, administering medications, and assisting providers with examinations and minor surgeries. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring efficient clinic operations.
Candidates must hold an active unrestricted LPN license and be BLS certified with required phlebotomy skills. An associate degree or equivalent experience is necessary, along with the ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
