What you'll bring An active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in the state of Ohio National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Prescriptive authority and an active DEA registration Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications (under supervision or independently) Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus We’re looking for providers who bring Strong clinical judgment in managing psychiatric conditions across diverse populations A patient-centered approach to medication management and treatment planning Experience collaborating with therapists and other providers as part of a multidisciplinary care team Commitment to equity in mental health access for Medicaid populations
