Support residents with daily routines and independent living skills while building positive relationships. Maintain a safe, stable, and welcoming environment by responding calmly to resident needs.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid NC driver's license with a clean record. Experience in mental health or caregiving is preferred but not required as training is provided.
