The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients' functional status and develops individualized treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life at home. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic interventions, educating caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with current NBCOT registration and state licensure. A valid driver's license, CPR certification, and preferably one year of clinical experience are required.
