The Opportunity Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians. Current NY state license is a plus. Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply. The Practice MidHudson Regional Hospital – Poughkeepsie, New York 243-bed facility and Level II Trauma Center. Closed ICU. Annual volume of 10,000 with an average of 2 admits per day and 10 per night. Hospitalists respond to codes and RRTs. Procedures are not required but a plus. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
