Provide respectful, individualized care and support for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and community. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and facilitating community outings.
Candidates must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver's license. A successful MN DHS Background Study is required, though no prior experience is necessary.

Job Purpose As a Direct Support Professional, you help people live fuller, more independent lives. You’ll provide support at home and in the community while building real relationships and gaining valuable career experience.
$18.00 per hour for full-time employees after the completion of a 90-day introductory period, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour. $16.50 per hour for part-time employees after the completion of a 90-day introductory period, with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Provide respectful, individualized care. Assist with personal cares. (dressing, bathing, feeding, etc.) Support daily living activities. (cooking, cleaning, laundry) Participate in community outings. (bowling, shopping, movies, exercise) Follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines. Complete documentation and other assigned tasks.
