The Registered Nurse provides expert professional nursing care by assessing, planning, and evaluating treatment for patients with urgent or emergency health problems. Additionally, the role involves participating in the overall management of the department.
Candidates must have a graduation certificate from an accredited RN school and current state licensure. IV, ACLS, and BLS/CPR certifications are preferred.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
